Refund & Shipping Policy
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Goods are dispatched from Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order leaves our warehouse.
Denmark: free delivery on orders above €60 - Your order will be delivered with GLS Shop Delivery. The delivery time for your order will be 1-4 workdays.
European Union: €10 - Your order will be delivered with GLS Private Delivery. The delivery time for your order will be 2-6 workdays.
Rest of the World: €30 - Your order will be delivered with DHL Express. The delivery time for your order will be 1-4 workdays.
Free delivery worldwide for orders over 250€
Please note that our shipping costs do not include import duties.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days since your order date to ask for a full refund or an exchange. If you want to return an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. The returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order to get a full refund.
Unless the product you ordered is defective, we won’t cover the return costs. You should use a trackable shipping service and purchase a shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item(s) otherwise. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, you will automatically receive your refund receipt via email and the refund will be applied to your credit card within 5 business days.
Your right of return In case you regret your purchase and wish to make a return, you are required to write us within 14 days of receiving your product and return it within 14 days of contacting us. You are required by law to inform us before you return the product. Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging. Before returning your order, please contact us at email@example.com stating the reason for the return. Once you have contacted us, return the order as described to the informed address, which is found beneath. Upon receiving the product back in its original state, you will receive a full refund. Please notice that you pay the shipment for a product that you wish to return.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.
Exchanges within EU are shipped free of charge.
Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item(s) to us and simply place a new order.
We accept payments through PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details.
