1. RIGHT OF RETURN
In case you regret your purchase and wish to make a return, you are required to write us within 14 days of receiving your product and return it within 14 days of contacting us. You are required by law to inform us before you return the product. Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging.
Before returning your order, please contact us at contact@hanrej.com stating the reason for the return. Once you have contacted us, return the order as described above to the informed address.
Upon receiving the product back in its original state, you will receive a full refund.
Please notice that you pay the shipment for a product that you wish to return.
2. SHIPPING
Denmark - Your order will be delivered with GLS Shop Delivery. The delivery time for your order will be 1-4 workdays.
EU - Your order will be delivered with GLS Private Delivery. The delivery time for your order will be 2-6 workdays.
Worldwide - Your order will be delivered with DHL Express. The delivery time for your order will be 1-4 workdays.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
3.1 GENERAL
Personal information is all kinds of information that to some extent can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. It happens e.g. by access to content if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in contests or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, use services or make purchases through the Website.
We collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that yourself give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or purchasing.
3.2 SAFETY
We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
3.3 PURPOSE
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, and to register your purchases and payments, as well as to be able to provide the services you have requested, such as to submit our newsletter. Additionally, we use the information to optimize our services and content.
3.4 STORAGE OF INFORMATION
The information is stored the period of time permitted by law. We will delete the stored information when it is no longer needed. The period depends on what kind of information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.
3.5 DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The data we collect from your use of the website, such as which ads you receive and clicks on, the geographical location, gender and age segment, etc. is passed on to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on "Cookies". The information is used to target advertising.
We also use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data. These third parties process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their purposes.
Disclosure of personal information such as name and e-mail, etc. will only happen if you give your consent. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
3.6 INSIGHTS & COMPLAINTS
You have the right to be informed which personal data we process about you. You can at any time object to the use of information. You have your rights to revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If you want to complain about our processing of your personal information, you also have the opportunity to contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
